資產與負債嘅餘波,想講講 in-house, software house 同 consultant/SI 嘅前途,純個人感覺。
In-house:
前途完全可以預知,就好似入 HSBC 咁,俾咗部 AS/400 你,咁你以後都屬於 AS/400 (呢句有少少玄機). 公司無咗你又唔得,但升得又唔會太高。就好似以前有個同學去考入境處,個官已經講到俾你聽最高可以升去邊級,人工又去到幾多咁,係就係穩定,但俾我會悶囉!
Software house/ISV:
以 software consultation/development 做 core business. 人工一定無 in-house 咁高,但睇到嘅嘢會比其他類別廣又乜都做,自由度亦好大。In-house 都會 evaluate 其他 technologies, 但一定唔係細嘅做。況且,sell 客,比 sell 對上嘅 managers 簡單好多。個客自己搵得你就信你,佢自己亦話到事,但 managers 會有政治因素考慮。
Consultant/SI:
呢類工最弔詭,係一 D 叻人走入去,但公司賣出去做 on-site service, 寄人籬下,份 contract bind 住個 project, 無前途可言,有人可以解答到嗎?
