做 Gym

今日去 gym 俾個教練做 assessment. 唔做尤自可,一做完係一個驚字。下年想跑馬拉松,點知做完個 assessment, 發現下半身肌肉不足,做少少動作,就真係腳軟,尤其我呢 D 外八字腳,長期唔理,第時會出事。

結果,梗係俾咗一大舊錢補救... 健康無價,何況如果可以將廿八年嚟嘅八字腳糾正,絕對超值。亦只有俾咗錢,先有決心去糾正。橫豎上頭要求嘅 professional look and feel 只係差呢一步,今次順個便。

P.S.: 呢個教練 sell 得幾好,唔似以前嗰 D, 剩係叫你諗教練有乜好處,呢個會 show 埋俾你睇你嘅肌肉有幾咁不足。
