Reunion

We have the reunion gathering on Sept 3. We had a gathering last month. Now, we have more people to join in and with our form master. However, 10 people may be the limit I have.

I Found Her!!!

A girl with long hair, big eyes, and wearing glasses were the criteria in my mind to select a girl friend. This evening, I found this girl. However, it's too late already. I no longer have this preference.

I am very happy though. Most people said that it would be hard to find one but I found one. It's kind of dream-come-true feeling!

Busy Week

Work can't make me busy but the school can. The duration of the summer semester is short. The schedule is quite compact. In the next few weeks, my schedule is full of school work. Lucky enough, I'm not busy at work.

It's Twenty-Six

Ten days ago, it was my 26th birthday. My colleagues have throw a small party at lunch. I also got a gift from a friend of mine in the evening.

There aren't anything interesting but it's still good to have a birthday. At least it could be an excuse to have fun.

雙羸

話說我舊同事間公司要做一個 system 去 keep track 一 D vendor 報嘅價。本來係要搵 freelance 做，我就無時間，推咗。但係就醒起可以俾公司做，就叫個 IT Manager 直接聯絡我。

咁上咗去佢哋公司了解完個 requirement, 我哋又報咗個價俾佢後，間公司又 OK 喎！依家我公司又有生意做，我又可以分到佣。有時獨食，真係難肥，但係退一步，係可以做到雙羸嘅！

Crush Course

Having class everyday is not fun at all. That's what happened in these two weeks. We got to finish up a financial computing course in two weeks. Interleaving with other one-class-per-week course, I needed to have one class each evening.

Now, the course is over. It's much relax now.

Social Network

This is the third entry of today. It's been a long time I didn't blog. I would like to keep the diary before I forgot it. OK, here you go!

An old colleague now works in a toy company. The company need a simple system to keep track of the quotations provided by the vendors. I thought it a freelance job. So, I decided not to take the job. However, I thought what they needed was some professional service. Thus, I refered the job to the company.

Suprisingly, it IS what they needed. Now, we have worked together to get the requirements and the implementation is starting. Best of all, I can get the commission. This is a win-win situation!

Rest

After the final exam, I thought that I could have a nice rest. However, there were tons of work waiting for me to pick up. I metally turned into "denial of service" mode. I thought I behaved badly in company those days.

Gathering

Last month, I have a nice gathering with my schoolmates. They are the executive members of the Computer Club in the secondary school. They are two years younger than I am. One is going to study MPh while the other is working in Australia.

We haven't met for about 7 years. We went to a pub and chatted. We shared our experience together and had a good time.

Publicity

Finally, my JavaScript Ofuscator got published in Ajaxian.com. The reaction is quite good. I love this feeling!

Linguistics

A friend of my talk about the GRE in the gathering last week end. He said he would like to study French because of that. This reminded me the linguistics course I've taken in the university. So, yesterday, I borrowed the textbook from HKU Library to study it again to see if I can derive something from it.

Friends! Friends! Friends!

Last Thursday, I tried to call one of the lost classmates. I didn't contact with him since I left Hong Kong. When I came back, all people said that he couldn't be found. So, this time, I tried to call him. Luckily enough, I found him!

Also, I had a gathering with my secondary schoolmate last weekend. We played badminton and video games together. It was a fun gathering.

This Friday, there will be another gathering for the old Computer Club executives. I look forward to it.

New Web Site

It's been a month I haven't update this blog. It's a hard month as it was the end of the semester. Assignments and preparing exam make the life so hursh. Not to mention the work from the company.

Now, exams were all finished. I've launched a new web site as a repository for my technical knowledge. I'll keep updating it to build my reputation.

Warrants

I was quite lucky to catch the up and down of the market these few weeks. I sold the AUD and then buy some call warrants of Hang Seng Index. Then buy some puts, and then calls. The total profit is about 10%.

Bad Weeks

These few weeks are bad weeks. I met a girl on April 2. She was a nice girl. Not my cup of tea, however. By the way, she was a member of direct sales company. It turns out that I need to meet with those guys for the whole night. What a waste of time.

Next day, I bought a birthday present for my best friend. It's a Green Jasper crystal for career purpose. I gave it to him on Monday and he got an interview right after the holiday.

Besides the crystal, I also bought a electric toothbrush. The old one was broken. Luckily enough, both crystal and the toothbrush are on sales. They didn't cost too much.

Today was really bad for me. I have just argued with the friend how he should find the next job. We have different perspectives and both of us were not necessarily wrong. I wish I was wrong and hope he can find his dream job.

Easter Holiday

This Easter Holiday is really boring. I watched a long Japanese drama and a whole piece of Anime. The only interesting event happened was a girl get contacted me. We will meet together this Saturday. Stay tune!

Homework (again)

Tons of homework is going to be turned-in. I can't start doing them until the last minute...

Job Hunting

In these two weeks, a friend of mine was preparing going back to the job market. Writing resume and writing cover letter are really the state of arts. They can never get perfect even we keep revising them.

This blog is a continue of a blog written in last month. A friend of mine formulated a match making web site idea. However, we found that there are many existing similar web sites already. The pricing model seems more simple.

Anyway, he is going to implement the code as an exercise of learning PHP.

小弟有個怪癖，就係得閒時去睇人哋 ICQ 嘅 Info. 我覺得 ICQ 嘅 Info 係一個表達自己嘅地方，係人都睇得，但係你又唔知有無人睇。人哋睇完，可能笑一笑，就行開咗，又唔會去追究你寫過乜。所以，我自己寫嘅嘢，好多都係內心嘅 說話，又唔想同人講，但求有個知音人睇完，問候吓，就已經心滿意足。
