More on US Trip

I did have some luxury time in my US Trip. My boss took me to Laguna Beach at the weekend. We took some nice photos. I posted them on Flickr. The weather was so nice. Sunny with cool wind. I would be great if I could swim there.

Project Management

I has been a long time I haven't blogged here. I feel quite exhausted after these few months. Doing project management is not fun at all.

Last month, I have my first business trip to US. I finally met the people in UCI, our major client. The trip is OK. I went there to deploy an online survey. However, it seems that they are not quite satisfy the outcome. Still waiting for their final conclusion now.

After I came back, another private project is dieing. People working in in-house environment do not know how to manage software project properly. I needed to pick-up everything even I was suffering from jetlag. I think my hardest time has gone. Now, I need to prepare for the mid-term exam.
